General information regarding fire and explosion protection

Fires and explosions can cause devastating consequences: severe injuries, economic losses, and in the worst case scenario even death. In this category, you find instructions on how to prevent fires/explosions and the correct behaviour in case of fire.

In the fire protection training course, you learn about the correct handling of fire extinguishers and which role damaged electrical devices play in this scenario. In addition to the basic knowledge, the explosion protection series teaches special approaches when handling flammable liquids, flammable dusts and flammable gases. In order to ensure that the spark only flies in the head, a series of ELSTATIK modules is also available to you to prevent electrostatic dangers of ignition.
